Your tasks:

  • Customer Implementations: Help new customers get started with Serrala's Bill Pay product.
  • Customer Success: Keep existing customers happy by implementing improvements and fixing issues.
  • Customer Support: Answer customer questions about using Serrala's Bill Pay features, APIs, and app.
  • Build Customized Emails: Design and build slick email templates (think HTML & CSS) that match each customer's brand.
  • UX/UI: You'll also consider the overall user experience (UX) across different communication channels (email, SMS, app, etc.).
  • Basically, you'll be the customer's champion, ensuring they get the most out of Serrala and their clients can pay quickly and easily.

Your Profile:

  • Background: You have a Technical Educational Background
  • Experience: You've got around 1 year of experience working with software solutions (bonus points if it's technical).
  • Solution Focused: You love figuring out solutions and have a keen eye for detail.
  • Email Templates: You know your way around HTML & CSS and can code a bit of JavaScript. Designing awesome emails is a plus (knowledge of Figma or similar is a pre).
  • Communication: You're a great communicator, in both Dutch and English and your current colleagues rate you as a true team player who is always eager to keep on learning.
  • Self-Starting: You have a self-starting work ethic and love to take initiatives.
  • Eye for detail: It is all in the details!
