To achieve this aim, Serrala is currently looking to fill the following position in Remote:


Partner Manager EMEA (m/f/d) 


Your tasks:

  • High Level Relationships: You will identify and acquire new partners for Serrala in defined countries in EMEA. In this role, you will be integral in sales channel development and manage day-to-day relationships with large and complex partner organizations, but also smaller system integrators.
  • Responsibility: Your objective is to develop, educate and enable partners on Serrala solutions, drive business development programs and related key sales initiatives.
  • Daily Business: You generate new opportunities through partner business units and lead business development as well as partner sales cycle management and marketing activities.
  • Growth: Through developing the skills of our partner organizations and showing them how working with Serrala, you create new streams of revenue and increase market share.
  • Cross-functional Teamwork: You work directly with the marketing team to develop channel marketing programs, including enhanced partner website portal, partner product certification and partner training


Your profile:

  • Experience: Besides your bachelor’s degree with a technical or business focus preferred, you have 5+ years’ experience in partner or alliance management with SAP-focused or finance automation focused consulting firms or sales experience selling SAP-related or finance process automations solutions into the Fortune 500.
  • Proven: You have proven success in new business development building long-term, productive partnerships. Channel Sales/ Business Development capacity in a rapidly growing technology company that achieved a successful outcome would be a plus.
  • Knowing the Business: You understand business process transformation at all levels with the ability to engage in and develop of customer value driven technology enabled business process transformation-based partner offerings.
  • Account Management: You are very qualified regarding strategic and tactical account management skills in order to identify relevant contributors within the partner accounts as well as having an understanding of market dynamics.
  • Presentation & Communication Skills: You know what to say and more importantly, how to say it. You lead partners and prospects as opposed to reacting to customer requests and can “drive a deal” to closure. In addition to your excellent English skills, other language skills such as Spanish, French or Italian would be an advantage.
  • Self-Starter: You achieve results in a flexible, fluid, and unstructured environment and you are able to derive solutions to business problems creatively. You execute the changes needed to solve the upcoming problems.
  • Travel: You will be expected to travel approximately 50% of your working time.
