Senior Solution Architect - P2P, Data & Document Management (m/f/d) 


Your tasks:

  • First and foremost: You support the “Procure to Pay” area in the Solution Architects department – you allocate all applicable tasks around short- and long-term pre-sales activities. You support RFP (request of proposal) replies to international customer base.
  • The big picture: You prepare and conduct Customer Demos, Assessment Workshops and presentations (Webinars etc.) to internal as well as external users.
  • Essential component: You update/improve pre-sales processes, procedures, demos & presentations.
  • Your work matters: You represent Serrala on industry fairs and conferences.
  • Achieving goals: You build up market and product knowledge (Serrala, SAP and external solutions) with the objective to represent Serrala’s thought leadership roles on the global market.

Your profile:

  • The right skill set: You have a strong understanding of Accounts Payable processes as well as strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Deep knowledge: …about data capturing, invoicing and invoice processing incl. approvals, reporting, etc.
  • Essential: You are well experienced in implementing/ developing/ supporting IT solutions in one or more of the following areas: Accounts Payable, Payments and/or P2P, Data Capturing.
  • Technology driven: Good knowledge with ERP systems (e.g. SAP, MS Dynamics, Oracle) and finance.
  • Excellent communication skills: You are fluent in English (other European languages are a plus) – verbal and written with ability to build relationships and influence.
