Alevate Bill Pay is the only agile, adaptable, and secure cloud solution suite covering all corporate finance processes such as order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, treasury as well as data and document management. It is available as a public, private or hybrid cloud. Alevate integrates easily into existing IT infrastructures delivering the centralized data and cash visibility needed today.

 

About the role:

 

Your Day to Day:

  • Client Engagement: Create and maintain custom solutions to facilitate seamless integration of the Alevate Bill Pay solution.
  • Service Implementation: Collaboratively oversee the technical facets of onboarding new customers to our services and ensure smooth integration of enhancements for existing clients.
  • Technical Support: Provide responsive support to address inquiries from customers and prospects about API usage, application's technical intricacies, and the deployability of our services.

 

What makes you excel in this position:

  • Previous experience in a similar role of about 2-3 years;
  • Fluency in written and spoken of both Dutch and English;
  • Profound familiarity with our tech stacks is essential, as our processes are constructed using Pentaho Data Integration with customization in Javascript and NodeJS. Basic understanding of SFTP, SSH, etc. is also necessary.
  • Cloud Aptitude: Experience with tools within the Azure Stack, including Azure Logic Apps and App Services, is advantageous.
  • Attention to Detail: You possess a keen ability to work meticulously, ensuring the security, visual appeal, clarity, and user-friendliness of the end product.
  • Industry Insight: Previous exposure to a related industry is highly advantageous, enhancing your ability to excel in this role.
