Campaigns Manager UK&I (all genders) 

 

As the Campaigns Manager, you will play a critical role in driving pipeline generation and local positioning for your assigned region. Your main responsibilities will include building, executing, and owning marketing campaigns from end-to-end, collaborating closely with colleagues in the Digital Marketing & Communications team. Additionally, you will measure, report, and optimize campaign effectiveness and ROI, integrating marketing automation and intelligence into each activity and program. It will be essential to ensure alignment and transparency with various marketing teams, including corporate communications, digital & performance marketing, events, visual design, and business development.
Responsibilities:

 

Your Day to Day:

  • Own all Marketing Activities within your region both online and offline
  • Drive pipeline generation and local positioning for your assigned region
  • Ensure excellent campaign execution from marketing campaigns Collaborate closely with the Events, Digital Marketing & Communications team to ensure campaign effectiveness
  • Measure, report, and optimize campaign performance and ROI
  • Integrate marketing automation and intelligence into each activity and program
  • Ensure alignment and transparency with marketing teams like corporate communications, digital & performance marketing, events, visual design, and with business development and sales

 

What makes you excel in this position: 

  • Proficiency in Salesforce or comparable tools
  • Proficiency in Marketo or comparable tools Proficiency in Drupal or similar CMS tools
  • Experience with Account-Based Marketing (ABM) tools like 6sense or similar is a plus
  • Online and offline marketing experience with measurable success in campaign/project management
  • Commercial acumen and can report on pipeline generation, pipeline influence, and focus on target accounts Experience in Account-Based Marketing (ABM) is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
  • Proven experience in collaborating effectively across functions
