Meet the Team: This role is part of the Brand & Global Communications team, within the Marketing organization. Our team is responsible for building strong brand recognition for Serrala globally, through brand and corporate communications, social media, PR, analyst relations and partner communications. As a working student in our team, you will support a wide range of projects and topics and help us raise brand awareness and support branding efforts.

 

Your day to day:

 

  •  Research and trends: You will be researching relevant trends and topics to help drive our thought leadership content e.g., for industries or specific markets. You'll complete competitors' benchmarks, look into industry trends, and brainstorm on content and topics for future campaigns.
  • PR: You will be our eyes and ears in the media, analyzing our media coverage and media listening tool, and helping us grow our media target lists for future PR campaigns.
  • Social media: You will play an active role in managing and growing our social media presence, by exploring and creating new formats and content and managing community management efforts across channels.
  • Content & localization: You will help develop external content that resonates with our target audience in the form of short texts but also support the development of corporate documents such as brochures or presentations, and support localization of such assets for our key European markets.
  •  Analyst relations: You will support analyst relations strategies in working with analyst firms to set up initiatives such as inquiries and briefings.
  • Team support: You will be an active and creative part of our global comms team and contribute to our varied activities. You will have the opportunity to have your own projects and gain first-hand insights into content creation and management, storytelling, and brand communications.

 

What makes you excel in this position:

 

  • Passion for content: You enjoy creating compelling stories and have a knack for simplifying complex topics. First content creation experiences (blogs, social media, storytelling) would be a plus.
  •  Communication skills: You have an excellent writing style and are comfortable with communicating with different teams and stakeholders. Preferably, you are an English native speaker.
  • Open-minded mindset: You are a team player who is ready to learn and take on responsibility. You enjoy working in an international environment with multicultural teams .
  • Technical skills: You have good MS-Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills. You are familiar with content management systems or other digital tools? Great! If not, no problem! We will show you.
  •  Reporting: You have an interest in data and reporting, you know how to find your way across basic analytics tools, and are comfortable looking for insights.
