Director Talent Acquisition (m/f/d) 

 

Your tasks:

  • The Big Picture: As global process owner, you oversee the success of global recruiting activities and ensure the right talents are hired in time and according to our ambitious growth plans: You develop and improve our current practices in Recruiting and build, measure, learn on (technology-based) improvements to stay up to date with the market trends
  • Managing the Team: You develop, empower, and lead the Talent Acquisition team in EMEA (solid line) and advise the non-European Talent Acquisition teams in India and North America via dotted line. You thereby ensure excellence in the candidate and hiring manager experience
  • Leadership and Executive Hires: You run the full cycle recruitment process for experienced, leadership, and executive hirings. You ensure End2End responsibility throughout the hiring process
  • Employer Branding: In close cooperation with Marketing, you strive towards a strong B2B employer brand and bring all your creative energy and ideas in to engage candidates with our brand
  • System Management: You are a key system owner for our recruiting software SAP Success Factors
  • Number Expert: You are responsible for overseeing and allocating the Recruiting budget. It is within your responsibility to ensure the best use of our recruiting channels towards channel performance and candidate journey

 

Your profile:

  • Proven Background: Bachelor’s degree plus at least 6-8 years of progressive talent acquisition and HR experience
  • Experienced Leader: Previous leadership experience and proven track record of performance
  • The right Pace: Previous experience in a fast-growing industry with a high velocity –experience in the FinTech industry is beneficial
  • Connecting the Dots: Ability to translate business requirements into recruiting needs under continuous prioritization
  • Strategic HR Partner: Ability to think strategically, consult, and demonstrate strong problem-solving skills while collaborating across many teams, levels, and countries
  • Analytical Driver: You have a "Numbers Don't Lie" mentality and use metrics to power performance and decision making
  • Diagnostic Challenger: You are familiar with personnel diagnostics and feel comfortable including diverse instruments in the interviewing process
  • Human Focus: Excellent relationship skills and hands-on mentality with an open mindset
  • Communications Skills: Outstanding presentation and communication skills and highly proficient in both spoken and written English & German.
