Product Owner Alevate Business Platform (all genders)

Your Day to Day:

• Product Strategy: Define and articulate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with business objectives and market demands.
• Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and prioritize product requirements, ensuring alignment with customer needs, market trends, and regulatory requirements.Product Development: Work closely with development teams to translate requirements into user stories, prioritize features, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality product increments.
• Release Planning and Management: Coordinate release planning activities, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and sprint reviews, to ensure timely delivery of product increments.
• Product Testing and Quality Assurance: Collaborate with QA teams to define acceptance criteria, conduct product testing, and ensure the delivery of bug-free and user-friendly products.
• Market Analysis and Competitive Intelligence: Conduct market analysis and competitive intelligence to identify market trends, competitor strategies, and potential areas for product differentiation.
• Customer Feedback and Iteration: Gather feedback from customers, analyze usage metrics, and iterate on product features to improve user experience and drive product adoption.
• Regulatory Compliance: Stay updated with regulatory requirements in the FinTech and payment industry, ensuring compliance in product design and development.

What makes you excel in this position:
 

• Background: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. Combined with certification in Agile methodologies and proficiency in project management tools.
• Deep Understanding of FinTech and Payment Industry: Comprehensive knowledge of financial technology, payment systems, and regulatory frameworks, particularly in the context of cloud-based solutions.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong technical background with proficiency in cloud computing platforms API integrations, and understanding of software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
• Strategic Vision: Ability to envision the product roadmap, aligning it with the company's long-term goals, market trends, and customer needs.
• Stakeholder Management: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, designers, marketers, and senior management.
• Analytical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis and market research to identify opportunities, evaluate risks, and make data-driven decisions.
• Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong problem-solving skills to address complex technical and business challenges, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
• Leadership Skills: Ability to lead and motivate teams towards common goals, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
