Meet the Team:   

Enhance your Expertise with Serrala's FS2 Suite: Join us to innovate across the FS2 product suite, starting with FS2 Collections - a forefront AI-driven tool enhancing debt collection and dispute management.   

As QA Engineer at Serrala, you will work in a collaborative environment where your contributions to quality assurance will have a tangible impact on shaping the future of our products and delivering value to our customers.  

Your Day to Day:  

• Spearhead test management processes to streamline operations and enhance efficiency. 
• Create meticulous test case designs to thoroughly assess product functionality and performance. 
• Perform precise manual test executions to identify and resolve any issues or dependencies.  
• Leverage automated test setup and execution tools to speed up testing procedures and increase accuracy.  
• Manage test data effectively to ensure comprehensive test coverage and accuracy. 
• Provide insightful reporting and monitoring to track progress and identify areas for improvement.  
• Participate in requirements analysis to ensure alignment between product specifications and test objectives.  
• Work closely with cross-functional teams on solution and design initiatives to optimize product performance and user experience.  

What makes you excel in this position:  

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or relevant field, or equivalent work experience. 
• 4+ years of experience as a Software Test Engineer, with expertise in test case design, test execution, and automated testing setup. 
• ISTQB certification 
• Fluency in English; German proficiency at level B2 or above is a plus. 
• Strong understanding of the software testing lifecycle (STLC), including testing strategy and defect management. 
• Familiarity with Agile methodology and Scrum Framework. 
• Experience with TOSCA and Zephyr is beneficial. 
• Knowledge of SAP Financial modules, Collections or Credit management are advantageous.
