Meet the Team:

We're leading the charge in financial technology innovation with our FS2 product suite, starting with FS2 Collections—a solution that transforms debt collection and dispute management. We are looking for skilled ABAP Developers to join us in innovating across the FS2 product suite and leveraging cutting-edge technology to enhance financial processes.

As an ABAP Developer, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and delivering high-quality modules that exceed customer expectations. Your expertise will drive advancements in financial technology and contribute to the ongoing success of our FS2 suite.


Your Day to Day:

  • Requirement Analysis: Collaborate with product owners to clarify requirements, align timelines, and estimates with cross-functional teams, and enrich requirements with deep insights and examples.
  • Solution Design: Architect and implement backend solutions, create technical documentation, review team designs, and contribute to backend development standards.
  • Execution Excellence: Break down user stories, identify dependencies, write efficient code, review acceptance criteria, maintain documentation, and support junior team members.
  • Business Agility: Actively participate in agile ceremonies, contribute to task creation and estimation in JIRA, and adapt to changing project needs.
  • Collaboration: Resolve impediments, engage in knowledge-sharing, and promote respectful communication within the team.
  • Continuous Learning: Take ownership of your professional development, stay updated with backend technologies and practices, and actively participate in team initiatives.

What makes you excel in this position:

  • 4-5 years of experience in SAP ABAP development: Solid knowledge of SAP technologies and frameworks.
  • Product development lifecycle: Ability to establish coding standards, implement quality assurance processes, define acceptance criteria, and employ comprehensive testing methodologies.
  • SAP HANA knowledge: Practical experience with Core Data Services (CDS) and ABAP Managed Database Procedures (AMDP) and the ability to utilize these technologies effectively.
  • ABAP-OO, OData, and RESTful APIs: Experience in Object-Oriented ABAP programming, OData services, and RESTful APIs; capable of independently designing and implementing backend solutions.
  • Knowledge of SAP Financial modules: Basic understanding of SAP ERP systems like FI/CO, AR/AP, and their integration with backend ABAP development.
  • Familiarity with RAP or CAP model: Knowledge of the Restful ABAP Programming Model (RAP) or Cloud Application Programming (CAP) model and a desire to apply these concepts.
  • Technical architecture and design experience: Developing modular and sustainable solutions in SAP ABAP projects using Clean Architecture and MVC approaches.
  • Agile/Scrum methodologies: Active participation in Agile ceremonies, contributing to sprint planning, and collaboratively executing projects within an Agile framework.
