Meet the Team:

We're leading the charge in financial technology innovation with our FS2 product suite, including Credit Risk Management - the solution automates processes across the entire credit risk management lifecycle, facilitating fast, accurate credit decisions and reducing manual tasks. It leverages AI-powered credit scoring, integrates third-party data and credit insurers, and ensures transparency with 360° credit risk monitoring and a seamless Know Your Customer experience.

We are looking for skilled ABAP Developers to join us in innovating across the product suite and leveraging cutting-edge technology to enhance financial processes.

As an ABAP Developer, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and delivering high-quality modules that exceed customer expectations. Your expertise will drive advancements in financial technology and contribute to the ongoing success of our FS2 suite.


Your Day to Day:

  • Requirement Analysis: Collaborate with product owners to clarify requirements, align timelines, and estimates with cross-functional teams, and enrich requirements with deep insights and examples.
  • Solution Design: Architect and implement backend solutions, create technical documentation, review team designs, and contribute to backend development standards.
  • Execution Excellence: Break down user stories, identify dependencies, write efficient code, review acceptance criteria, maintain documentation, and support junior team members.
  • Business Agility: Actively participate in agile ceremonies, contribute to task creation and estimation in JIRA, and adapt to changing project needs.
  • Collaboration: Resolve impediments, engage in knowledge-sharing, and promote respectful communication within the team.
  • Continuous Learning: Take ownership of your professional development, stay updated with backend technologies and practices, and actively participate in team initiatives.

What makes you excel in this position:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3-5 years of robust SAP ABAP development experience.
  • Product development and technical architecture experience are strongly advantageous.
  • Mastery of the product development lifecycle including coding standards, quality KPIs and acceptance criteria, and testing theory.
  • Experienced with ABAP-OO, OData, and REST.
  • Skilled in SAP HANA, including CDS.
  • Exposure to SAP Financial modules would be highly beneficial.
  • Knowledge of SAP BTP and Cloud Application Programming (CAP) model is advantageous.
