Senior Consultant - Credit & Collections (all genders) 

Location:  Berlin or Norderstedt (hybrid with 2 days per week onsite, the rest in home office)

About the role: 

A Consultant at Serrala uses consulting skills, business knowledge and SAP expertise to implement our software/financial solutions in the customer's business and SAP environment.

Your Day to Day: 

• You will follow the implementation projects from start to finish, from the design phase to the implementation and go-live.
• You will develop functional design documents and maintain configuration.
• You will act as an interface between the various specialist departments and IT, lead workshops at and with our customers.
• Take on responsibilities in sub-project management and project management, with the potential to lead full projects in the future.
• Take on responsibilities in sub-project management and project management, with opportunities for continuous learning and professional growth with the potential to lead full projects in the future.

What makes you excel in this position: 

• Proven experience in the IT sector, ideally within consulting (FI/CO).
• Strong expertise or project experience in the SAP Finance environment.
• Preferred knowledge in accounts receivables management.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work effectively within teams.
• Fluency in German, both written and spoken.
• Proficiency in English.
