You will have the unique opportunity to be part of and contribute to the growth of the Managed Automation business unit, one of the key strategic areas within Serrala. The Managed Automation unit is a relatively new unit that focusses on delivering readily available FinTech services for clients. By replacing complexity in clients’ processes by best practice services clients benefit from fast time to market, efficiency and transparency. In this role, you will work with clients that are using our data capturing solutions (“SmartEye”) for accounts payable and receivable processes.

The innovative cloud-based SmartEye solutions help customers with digitizing structured and unstructured incoming invoice and remittance streams from customers and suppliers to their respective ERP systems. By using OCR-empowered and template technology customers achieve unparalleled levels of straight through processing. Our customers are large customers with global operations. High levels of security, fast onboarding and robust services are key factors contributing to the success of the service. The services are managed based on clear SLA’s. Your tasks:

  • Big picture: A Cloud Services Specialist is primarily responsible for the successful operation of the

SmartEye Cloud Platform. This role will provide technical expertise, project coordination, 2nd level

support, and successful daily operations of SmartEye - BPI as a service.

  • Problem solving: You troubleshoot software or process issues in a server cloud-based

environment and offer timely support to customers as second level support. You coordinate with Internal

Support, Implementation, and Development to mend inefficiencies, resolve issues, and enhance the

application.

  • Create: You design, organize, and provide reporting to customers and internal stakeholders and

coordinate with Implementation Teams to configure and test the solution for new customers.

Furthermore, you work with Implementation and Support to implement, and document requested

changes in system configurations.

  • Mapping creation: as part of daily operations is the creation of mappings to identify and convert document information using regular expressions.

 

Your profile

  • Background & experience: Must have a strong technical background and a good understanding of operating a serverless cloud-based environment. 
  • Technical expertise: You have an in-depth understanding of JSON/xml structure and content as well as an understanding of Azure Cloud Software Environments, Resources, and Operations. Rest API Communication, including authentication and authorizations is native to you. SQL DB knowledge would be a plus.
  • Collaboration & Teamwork: Strong collaboration skills with the ability to adjust and pivot as needed. You work well in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Communication skills: You are fluent in English. German would be nice to have.
  • Strong customer focus
  • Ability to handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
