Your Day to Day:

 

  • On the agenda: with your consulting skills, your knowledge of order-to-cash processes and your SAP expertise, you will support us in integrating our SAP software solutions into the customer's business environment.
  • From A to Z: You are responsible for the preparation and implementation of our software projects from conception to implementation and go-live.
  • Communication professional: You are responsible for the majority of communication with our national and international customers. You are the contact person for topics such as the connection of external data suppliers, certificates, encryption and data exchange.
  • Lots of development potential: in addition to analyzing relevant business processes, recording customer requirements and creating technical concepts, your tasks also include conducting and documenting system tests.

 

 

What makes you excel in this position:

 

  •  A basis that convinces: You have a degree in a technical / business discipline or a comparable education with professional experience.
  • Technical know-how: Knowledge about key financial processes in general and cash application process in particular. Basic SAP know-how, ideally a good understanding of Serrala CashApp solutions.
  • Experience: Minimum of two years full understanding of client service cycle from sales to cash and customer satisfaction. Expertise in at least one specific Serrala solution, broad knowledge about the CashApp solution group.
  • Nice to have: Initial knowledge of SAP customising is an advantage.
  •  tone plays the music: You bring very good communication and presentation skills, both in German and English.
  • Soft skill: Taking ownership of accepted tasks, paying attention to detail with a high-quality mindset. Proactive and a team player
