Meet the Team:
In our Serrala office in Amstelveen we are making payments as easy as possible. We send requests (bills or reminders) to payers on behalf many large customers (high volume billers like Insurers, educational institutions, housing corporation, etc.). This can be done by choosing the most convenient ways through channels such as email, sms, WhatsApp a QR code or a corporate portal. So, effectively, a request to pay pushes payment details from a biller to a payer. Done right, it enables fast, easy, cheap, matching, irrevocable, flexible payments. We are a dedicated team focused on innovation, efficiency, and making every transaction smoother, for both billers and payers.
Your Day to Day:
- Responsibility: Customer Success. You are responsible for implementing our solutions and onboarding clients on our modern cloud platform and ensure their future success in using our solutions. You work closely with customers, help define the solution, manage the implementation and help the customer afterwards.
- Consider: Together with the client you will think through all relevant aspects in the billing, collections and payment process. Such as; what does the customer journey look like for the payers? Can current processes be optimized?
- Hands-on: You are instrumental in the setting up, configuring and personalizing our solutions for our customers. You will also provide continued support to our customers with training, questions, modification in the set-up or identifying additional use-cases for our solutions.
- Collaboration with others: You work closely with our sales and IT- teams to ensure the best service for our customers.
- See opportunities: You spot new opportunities to improve our product and see new business within existing clients.
What makes you excel in this position:
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (HBO or university level), with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience: 2–5+ years of relevant work experience in project management or consulting, preferably within the B2B software or (financial) technology industry.
- Account Management: Proven ability to work with large organizations; you understand their processes, stakeholder structures, and how to effectively manage complex interactions.
- Project Ownership: Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a strong sense of initiative and the ability to manage projects independently from start to finish.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office; basic understanding of IT and cloud technologies is a plus. Curiosity and a willingness to learn are equally valued.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the financial industry or accounting is a strong advantage.
- Hands-On Mentality: You’re proactive, pragmatic, and willing to roll up your sleeves to get the job done—no task is too small.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Dutch and English. Knowledge of an additional language such as French or German is a plus.
- Interpersonal Abilities: A natural people person, capable of engaging and collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders—from SMEs to corporates, and from IT teams to C-level executives.
- Proactive Mindset: A true self-starter who takes initiative, identifies areas where support is needed, and acts without waiting for instructions.
- Team Player: Collaborative and supportive, with a positive attitude and the ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment.
