Customer Success Manager 

 

Essential Functions

  • Establish and nurture relationships with Serrala’s customers at all levels (from finance directors to key-users)
  • Generate and structure customer insights that drives engagement measures, which are unique to each customer
  • Work with a small, global team to shape a high-impact function that boosts the value our products create for our customers.
  • Measure results across a range of indicators and fine tune our Customer Success toolbox accordingly.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders across the organization, including Sales, Consulting, Global Support and Development, to ensure optimal service levels.
  • Communicating with internal and external customers/stakeholders, mostly on the phone and by e-mail.

 

Required Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or Finance (or related) with 3+ years of experience in a customer facing role, ideally in a B2B software/technology environment
  • Experience with track record of quickly grasping complex & technical processes, preferably related to finance and technology
  • Exhibit a do-anything attitude to provide a stellar customer experience
  • Work well with ambiguity, staying focused, diligent and outcome driven
  • Take pride in service and have a passion for communicating & coordinating. 
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in English
