Meet the Team: 
The PSPr team plays an important role in the performance of the division. A total of 3 team members (which includes this Job Requisition) is required to ensure a robust and responsive service
  

About the role
•    Project management: You take care of the on time/ high quality delivery of implementation projects in close cooperation with our tech and consulting team.
•    Pre-Sales support: You work closely with Sales and Marketing in the creation of subject matter content such as presentations, proposals, and project plans. Further you help our sales teams to keep product knowledge within the organization on par and support the sales of the product.
•    Consulting: Together with the consultants of other Serrala products you help scope the best solutions for our clients. Also, you investigate the best ways to connect to various PSPs in cooperation with our tech team and advise our clients on the matter.
•    Single point of contact for our PSPr customers.
•    Professionalize and grow the service: You are continuously improving and optimizing the various internal processes around the product. From motivating our sales teams to cooperation with legal on contractual & SLA matters.
 
What makes you excel in this position: 

•    Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field 
•    Experience in IT Consulting, Project Management, or Operations; ideally with SaaS software, particularly in financial applications.
•    Familiarity with Reconciliation, Transfer Protocols, and data mapping, with a specific emphasis on these areas.
•    Solid understanding of PSP and accounting processes.
•    Project Management: Ability to structure and manage complex projects and processes involving multiple stakeholders with a proven track record in project management.
•    Strategic Insight: A keen interest in understanding business models and organizations, with the ability to think strategically about corporate growth.
•    Communication: Strong communication skills in English; proficiency in German is a plus.
•    Personality Traits: A self-starter with a continuous improvement mindset.
