Join a dynamic and growing North American team as a Digital Marketing Specialist with Serrala, a global leader in B2B FinTech software. About the role: 

This individual will drive awareness for Serrala’s Treasury Consulting Services in the North American market. You’ll lead creative go-to-market activities to drive quality pipeline and in turn revenue. This business-critical activity will identify, prioritize, and deliver campaign topics based on the business strategy and corporate growth areas.

 

Your Day to Day:

Core duties and responsibilities include (but are not limited to) the following: 

  • Set up and monitor integrated digital marketing campaigns including, but not limited to email, account-based marketing (ABM), Google Ads, virtual events, social media, etc.
  • In partnership with the global digital team members, help to build content to improve SEO, support ABM tactics, and paid search campaigns. 
  • Measure, report, and optimize campaign effectiveness and ROI of marketing programs and instruments.
  • Assist with the production and execution of web-based events and webinars.
  • Keep on top of the latest marketing trends. 
  • Other duties as assigned. 

 

What makes you excel in this position: 

The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or relevant education/experience. 
  • At least 4 years of experience in a B2B marketing role.
  • At least 2 years of hands-on experience with the Marketo marketing automation software or similar tools. 
  • At least 2 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce or a similar customer relationship management application. 
  • A strong collaborative style; experience developing and implementing email campaigns and executing webinars.
  • Strong writing/editing and verbal communication skills. 
  • A deep understanding of branding and design is a plus
  • A solid understanding of databases and data management practices, with the ability to analyze and leverage data effectively.
  • Experience with account-based marketing (ABM) strategies is a plus.
  • Experience in marketing Treasury-related solutions or financial products is a plus.
  • Proficient in MS Office. 

 

Salary Range
United States: USD 60,000-65,000

Canada: CAD 80,000-88,000

 

The above annual base salary range represents a general guideline for the low and high end of the pay range for this position. However, the actual salary offered will be determined on various factors including but not limited to location, job-related skills, experience, relevant education, training as well as market and business considerations.
