Meet the Team: 

The Director, Commercial AI Strategy defines and drives the commercial framework for AI capabilities across the product portfolio. The role ensures AI innovations are effectively monetized, positioned, adopted, and scaled to deliver measurable customer value and business impact.

Working closely with Product, Product Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and Legal, this role establishes the strategies, governance, and best practices that enable consistent AI commercialization across all products.

Your Day to Day: 

• AI Commercial Strategy
• Define portfolio-wide AI commercialization frameworks, principles, and playbooks.
• Translate AI capabilities into clear customer value propositions and differentiation.
• Monetization & Pricing
• Develop AI pricing, packaging, and monetization strategies (usage-based, value-based, bundled, etc.).
• Guide product teams on integrating AI into commercial offerings.
• Go-to-Market & Adoption
• Define AI GTM frameworks, sales plays, and adoption models.
• Establish launch readiness criteria and commercial success metrics.
• Customer Value & ROI
• Create standard ROI and value realization frameworks.
• Enable Sales and Customer Success with business case and value-selling tools.
• Market Intelligence & Governance
• Monitor AI market trends, competitive offerings, and buyer expectations.
• Drive governance for AI launches, pilots, pricing, and scaling decisions.
