About the role: 

We are building a Project Management & Delivery Excellence Group to define global project standards and ensure high‑quality, predictable delivery across all Consulting projects, including Alevate implementations.

As Director Project Management & Delivery Excellence, you will shape and lead this global capability, combining people leadership, delivery oversight, and governance.

Your mission: ensure customer projects are delivered consistently, reliably, and with a strong focus on agreed outcomes. 

Your Day to Day: 

• Build and lead a global Project Management & Delivery Excellence function.
• Define and roll out global project management standards, methods, and governance.
• Ensure consistent, high‑quality delivery across regions and consulting practices.
• Oversee complex customer projects and support critical deliveries when needed.
• Lead and develop a global team of Project Managers and PMO resources (15–20 people).
• Strengthen delivery governance, risk management, and portfolio transparency.
• Partner closely with Consulting leadership, Sales, and senior stakeholders.

What makes you excel in this position: 

• 10+ years of experience in project management and delivery leadership, ideally in consulting.
• Proven experience building or scaling PM functions or PMOs in an international setup.
• Strong knowledge of PMI and/or PRINCE2; experience with agile or hybrid delivery models.
• Experience leading global teams in a matrix organization.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and confidence working with senior executives.
• Strategic mindset with a hands‑on approach when required.
