About the role: 

The Global Product Marketing and Market Insights Manager is an integral part of Serrala's team, reporting directly to the Director of Global Product Marketing. This role plays a key part in positioning the company’s products effectively in the market, supporting growth initiatives, and ensuring the alignment of messaging with target audiences. You will build and nurture long-lasting relationships with core influential industry analysts to position our best-in-class solutions. In addition, you will leverage and calibrate industry knowledge from key influencers and transfer this into actionable insights to leverage Serrala's market opportunities.

Core duties and responsibilities include (but are not limited to) the following: 

  • Developing and delivering Market knowledge: You understand our target market, market trends, and the competitive landscape of our products. You provide expertise in market data interpretation for the Product, Marketing, and Commercial organization. 
  • Utilize expertise in a variety of qualitative and quantitative primary market research methodologies to design appropriate research and analysis plans and execute research that answers strategic and tactical business questions. 
  • Develop and execute presentations to communicate analysis and implications for the business, to enable stakeholders to understand the market. 
  • Managed and developed relationships with analysts and research companies. Developing and executing a comprehensive analyst relations calendar to enhance the company's reputation and influence within the industry. 
  • Manages the participation of Serrala in reports, research, and briefing opportunities. 
  • Collaborate and manage multiple stakeholders (internally and externally) across different time zones, producing content that showcases our portfolio offering and being able to respond to ad-hoc industry analysis when needed. 
  • Demonstrate effective persuasion and influence skills communicating both externally and internally. Ability to build constructive relationships across the organization to build trust and rapport with external parties. 
  • Understand the Go to Market Process, the value that market research has to it and has experience running GTM planning and execution. 
  • Other duties as assigned. 

 

 

What makes you excel in this position: 

The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required: 

  • A degree in Marketing, Business or other related fields. 
  • 3-7 years of experience in Product Marketing, Market Research and Analyst Relations. 
  • Experience with data analytics, market research and competitive intelligence, dealing with large amounts of data and reports. 
  • Experience in SaaS based software, ideally in the financial software space. 
  • Networker: Good audience understanding (internally and externally) to review and edit documents and messages prior to being sent out for public viewing. 
  • Speaking and Presentation: Demonstrate the ability to present general business ideas, strategies, and results succinctly and persuasively. Deliver compelling verbal communications - even on contentious topics. 
  • Self-starter: You have an entrepreneurial spirit, enjoy understanding business models and organizations, and like to think strategically about corporate growth. 
  • Project management: You have the ability to structure and manage complex projects and processes with multiple stakeholders while utilizing your excellent organizational and project management skills. 


Salary Range
United States: USD 95,000-115,000

Canada: CAD 100,000-125,000

 

The above annual base salary range represents a general guideline for the low and high end of the pay range for this position. However, the actual salary offered will be determined on various factors including but not limited to location, job-related skills, experience, relevant education, training as well as market and business considerations.
