Global Revenue Operations Manager (all genders)

As a Global Revenue Operations Manager, you'll play a vital role in helping our company achieve its business goals.

Your main job is to analyze data, spot trends, and provide us with insights to optimize our sales pipeline and drive revenue growth. You're the go-to-person for understanding and connecting the dots across the entire sales process, from the very start with the marketing funnel, business development and all the way through to closing deals.

This job requires a mix of technical know-how, sharp analytical skills and a solid understanding on how businesses operate. You'll work closely with all our revenue-related teams to make sure we're making decisions based on solid data and that there are processes in place to execute them.

What You'll Do:

  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Collect and analyze data from various sources like our CRM system, sales metrics, and marketing platforms. Your goal is to identify trends, measure performance against pipeline and sales opportunities targets, and pinpoint areas we can do better in.
  • Data accuracy: Identify data anomalies and inconsistencies, figure out why they're happening and work with the right teams to fix them. Also, make sure we document what went wrong to avoid happening again.
  • Pipeline Management: Monitor and report on the sales pipeline, from finding leads to closing deals. You'll share insights and recommendations to enhance pipeline velocity and efficiency.
  • Process Optimization: Help make our marketing, business development, and sales processes better so everything runs smoothly and our buyers and customers have a great journey experience from start to finish.
  • Technology Management Support: Support the implementation and adoption of new tech tools within the revenue operations framework. Keep track of how well these tools are working and make sure they're helping the revenue teams.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with different teams across the company to bring all our data together and turn it into action plans. This means working with marketing to understand lead generation and account-based strategies, with sales to manage the pipeline progression, and with customer success for retention strategies.

What You Need:

  • Experience: 3-5 years in a job where you had to analyze and present data, ideally in sales or revenue operations or something similar. • It's a big plus if you've worked in a B2B software company.
  • Education: A bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory, equivalent experience is equally valued.
  • Proficient in data analysis and visualization tools and techniques (e.g. advanced Excel, Qlik)
  • Know your way around CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and familiarity with sales tools and business intelligence platforms (e.g. EBSTA, 6sense, Salesloft).
  • You need to be great at explaining complex data in way that's easy to understand.

Personal Attributes:

  • It's crucial to be detail-oriented with a strong analytical mindset. • You're able to work well on your own or with a team, especially in virtual and remote environments.
  • You need to be ready to take initiative and adjust to new business situations as they come up.
