About the role:
We are seeking a talented and versatile Graphic Designer to join our creative team. In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for producing engaging visual content across print and digital platforms, supporting campaign development, event promotion, and brand consistency. You will play a key part in executing high-impact marketing materials that reflect and elevate our brand identity.
Your Day to Day:
- Graphic design: Respond to internal design requests by creating a range of assets for digital and print media, including brochures, event collateral, social media graphics, presentations, ads, posters, and more.
- Event branding & print design: Create visual identities for key events, including exhibition booths, signage, banners, promotional materials, and environmental graphics to ensure a cohesive experience.
- Campaign support: Design print and digital materials for multi-channel campaigns by designing print and digital materials aligned with messaging and brand goals.
Video editing: Assist in editing simple videos and animation for social media, internal use, or event promotion. - Brand consistency: Work closely with the creative and marketing leads to apply brand guidelines consistently across all channels and outputs.
- Design operations: Collaborate with other designers and marketers to manage incoming design requests, prioritize tasks, and maintain efficient workflows through tools like Asana or similar project management platforms.
- Creative growth: Stay informed of design trends, tools, and techniques to propose fresh ideas and contribute to design innovation.
What makes you excel in this position:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in graphic or visual design in an international environment, preferably in the SaaS or tech sectors.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of work, with print design examples (exhibition booths, brochures, etc.), branding, and marketing collateral.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (especially InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop); working knowledge of Figma and Adobe Express; familiarity with motion design and video editing tools (Premiere Pro, After Effects) is a plus.
- Solid understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
- Experience following and applying brand guidelines across various deliverables.
- Highly organized, with excellent time management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects at once.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams.
- Attention to detail and a passion for clean, compelling design.
