HR Generalist 



We are looking for a qualified and resourceful HR Generalist to join our growing team. You will have both administrative and strategic responsibilities to help ensure smooth and efficient business operations. You will support day-to-day HR activities by providing a broad range of activities to ensure employees and leaders are aligned with processes and programs to achieve company goals. This is a true generalist role – working with staffing, employee relations, HR data analysis, benefits, compliance and HRIS. You will partner with the entire HR team to ensure our HR operations are running smoothly, supporting employees, and delivering maximum value to the organization.

The ideal candidate is a passionate, highly motivated generalist who is driven, resourceful, and results-oriented, and has an appreciation of the business impact of human resources. This position can be located in either our Chicago, IL or Malvern, PA offices.


Essential Functions - Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

  • Design, support, lead and influence HR processes and programs to align with the company’s long-term goals
  • Actively manage on-boarding and off-boarding processes
  • Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes
  • Support HRIS system data; ensure data integrity; gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics and reporting.
  • Enhance employee experience by resolving issues promptly, applying new perks and benefits and organizing activities
  • Assist in creation of new employee job descriptions and maintain current job descriptions.
  • Assist with HR communication efforts.
  • Support the management and administration of company benefit programs.

Required Education and Experience

  • BS/BA or equivalent degree in Human Resources or related field
  • 4+ years of experience in HR function(s) 
  • Proven working knowledge of onboarding, benefits, recruiting, employee relations
  • Must be detail-oriented and possess a high degree of accuracy 
  • Organizational skills, ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and collaboration skills; Experience working with remote teams
