Team:

As HR Services Generalist you report to the Team Lead HR Services EMEA. Your direct colleagues are located across Germany and Romania and you will be part of a Global HR Team that operates across our matrix organization.

 

Your Day to Day:

  • Operational HR Management: You will manage the full employee lifecycle for our team in Spain - from onboarding to exit - ensuring smooth, compliant, and people focused HR processes.
  • Local Legal Compliance: You ensure adherence to Spanish labor law (Estatuto de los Trabajadores), local regulations, company policies, and collective/company agreements. You act as the go to person for Spain specific HR requirements, documentation, and regulatory updates.
  • HR Administration & Time Tracking: You handle all HR transactions, including onboarding, offboarding, contract management, time tracking administration, absence management, reporting, and support during internal and external audits.
  • Payroll & Benefits Operations: You prepare monthly payroll data for our external payroll provider and support the administration of local benefits in coordination with our EMEA partners.
  • Team Collaboration: You join a collaborative, EMEA based HR team that values open communication, shared learning, and strong teamwork to achieve great results together.
  • Recruiting Support (Plus): Experience in recruiting is a strong advantage - from screening candidates to coordinating interviews and supporting hiring managers.

 

What makes you excel in this position: 

 

  • Convincing Background: Bachelor or Master's in Human Resources or related field of study, combined with at least 3 years of experience in a HR Generalist role.
