(Junior) Expert Learning & Development (m/f/d) 


Your Tasks:

  • Overviewer: You identify, understand and help analyzing learning and development needs within in the organization.
  • Creative mind: You create innovative, targeted and pragmatic learning opportunities to support value creation and personal development at the same time.
  • Curious personality: You explore and research up-to-date learning & developments methods and consult stakeholders in finding the best solution.
  • Entrepreneurial: You are a keen observer of the L&D market and identify the best external offer, if needed.
  • Optimizing: You help ensuring a seemless roll-out of all L&D products and programs in terms of organization and monitore the L&D data to understand and communicate the overall impact Learning content has on business operations.


Your Profile:

  • Convincing Background: You have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR/Organizational Development, Psychology, Business, or another related field of study and ideally first experience in designing and delivering innovative learning solutions in a fast-paced international environment.
  • Project Manager: Solid project management skills ideally with an agile background.
  • Innovator: Curious in finding up-to-date and innovative learning solutions, general interest in how to develop people and/in organizations.
  • Skilled: You got solid organizational skills thtat are supplemented by strong reseach skills. You're also able to cut through complex issues and create break-down abstracts/presentations.
  • Strong communicator: You are able to moderate workshops and present your ideas.
