(Senior) Manager Learning & Development 


Your tasks:

  • Responsibility & Creativity:  You are responsible for the global development and expansion of all Learning and Development activities from strategy (in coordination with HRBPs) to implementation. Aligned with our overall company vision, you create our Learning and Development Strategy.
  • Culture Drive: You drive companywide learning culture, identify learning needs, and develop concepts for learning experiences that enable our employees to be the best version of themselves.
  • Innovative Solutions: You build up innovative learning solutions that offer targeted and pragmatic learning opportunities for core skills across the company. Designing and faciliating interactive and engaging learning opportunities and workshops level the way within strategy.
  • Leadership: Besides driving the Leadership Trainings Agenda based on Leadership Principles, you are leading the Learning and Development Team.


Your profile:

  • Convincing Background: You have 5+ years' experience in designing and managing innovative learning solutions in a fast-paced international environment and Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR/Organizational Development, Psychology, Business or another related field of study.
  • Creative Mindset: Your creative mindset enables you to develop innovative ways to bring learning to life, in a physical and virtual working world.
  • Skillset: You have very good moderation and training skills (both in person and via virtual platforms) and enjoy communicating in a concise and target-group-oriented manner. Thereby you are able to develop effective working relationships with employees at all levels.
  • Overviewer: You are used to break down the different requirements from your stakeholders into learning areas, competences and learning objectives and create a systematic learning path. In addition, you are generally adept at creating concepts.
