Director Solution Design CLT & Payments (m/f/d) 

 

Your tasks: 

Be a leader: Lead the team by providing guidance and clear objectives aligned with the overall organisation’s objective. Assess the team members performance, coach them and guide their constant improvement, define development paths. 

Continuous improvement: Define and monitor relevant metrics for the team’s activity, provide transparency on the optimisation of the KPIs. Maintain an integrated transparent roadmap for the Payments and CLT solutions maximizing the synergies between the involved work streams. 

Stakeholder Management: Ensure the alignment with the overall Solution Design plans and processes. 

 

Your profile: 

Solid background: You have a Bachelor's in computer science or equivalent and ideally an MBA. 

Professional experience: Experience in leading international Product Management teams. Excellent understanding of the business domain, demonstrated by at least 5 years of successful experience in FinTech/Payments. 

Technical excellence: You understand and navigate through complex technical and organisational environments and experience in working in agile environments (ideally using a scaled agile framework). 

Resilience: You can act with calm and efficiency in high pressure situations, prioritize and make decisions. 

Excellent Communication: You communicate at all levels using the appropriate language and level of detail.
