Global Pricing Manager (m/f/d) 

 

Your tasks:

  • Daily Business: You lead and direct pricing strategy formulation and take necessary pricing actions to enhance profitability, ensuring integrity in all pricing matters.
  • Data-Driven: You own Serrala’s global pricebook (products, pricing, bundling). You define, maintain and improve a pricing history database per (sub-)solution and sales region. Further you establish competitive pricing intelligence and maintain competitive pricing database from historic opportunities (incl. win/loss analyses).
  • Challenge accepted: You define new business procedures (CPQ incl. price entry setting and discount approvals), evaluate resource requirements and stimulate implementation and maintenance of pricing system.
  • Strategy: You ensure operational execution of pricing strategies and tactics and implement and maintain pricing performance management to maximize value capturing. Moreover you are partner for Controlling and Go-to-Market functions to ensure integrated profit maximization approach to market (incl. measures to increase existing customer profitability).
  • Knowhow: You analyse continuously financial impact of price approaches in view of overall history as well as profitability of customers.

 

Your profile:

  • Background and Experience: You hold a university degree in business administration, economics or related fields and have 3+ years of relevant experience in B2B software pricing in a similar role including hands-on exposure to managing pricing processes, implementing pricing initiatives and implementing and promoting pricing processes.
  • Passion for Software: You have a strong understanding of pricing strategies and concepts, especially in B2B SaaS settings.
  • Connecting the dots: You have strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data and have strong attention to details 
  • Communication is Key: You are an excellent communicator with hands-on negotiation experience and stakeholder management skills. You are fluent in English und good in German? Great!
