HR Generalist (m/f/d)
Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Lets build tomorrow: Your focus in operational Human Resource Management. You accompany our employees through the entire employee life cycle.
- Its your turn: You will take on many other exciting tasks that contribute to the company’s success. One very important task is making sure that our new Serralians feel welcome from there first day on.
- Shape the future: As part of the HR Team, you support on the continuous improvement of our company processes related to all employee processes. After analyzing the current processes, you will be leading in the implementation of new processes as project owner.
- Open mind-set: You will be part of a wonderful team that has a great focus on teamwork. We strongly believe that together we can accomplish more than on our own!
Your Profile:
- Convincing Background: Bachelor or Master’s in Human Resources or related field of study, combined with at least 2 years of experience in a HR Generalist role.
- Creator: You thrive in an environment where you can grow. Serrala offers a dynamic working environment, being in the FinTech industry. You love new challenges and have solid knowleide of Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience: You are familiar with all general tasks in HR and have worked with HR management tools before. At Serrala we work with SAP SuccessFactors, so experience with that would be a benefit.
- Strong Communicator: Excellent communication skills in German and English, as HR Generalist you work with people and for people, so enjoying to communicate with many different stakeholders is important!
