Marketing Analytics & Insights Manager (m/f/d) 


Your tasks:

  • Center of Marketing Analytics: You support top leadership decision making and strategy articulation through a cadence of well-designed reports and insights driven analyses.
  • Next level of KPIs: You develop and implement a ROMI approach, further refine, expand and monitor our Marketing Funnel KPIs (Conversions, MQLs, SALS, etc.) and operationally support Marketing and Business Development with operational analyses and insights.
  • Stakeholder champion: As part of our Digital Marketing team, you will answer ad-hoc questions regarding our KPIs for different stakeholders and will be working closely together with all of Marketing, Business Development, Sales and IT.
  • Visualization: You develop data visualizations and present results to our internal stakeholders, finding the right level of detail for each target group (leadership, operational).
  • Data projects: You will own or contribute to critical cross-functional projects for data improvements ensuring Marketing requirements are met. 

Your profile:

  • Background & Experience: You have worked 3+ years in Marketing Analytics or similar functions that required in-depth analysis as well as a technical understanding of the data and senior stakeholder communication.
  • Analyst by Heart: You have a strong preference in facts and figures and can easily convince others from your source of truth, as you have your data always fully in control - be it in Salesforce, Marketo, Excel or a similar tool. You need to be fluent English; German and other languages are a plus.
  • Technical Understanding:  You know how to translate your data requirements into IT briefings and are experienced in guiding necessary system changes. You are familiar with marketing funnel reporting and industry KPIs, such as website sessions, MQLs, Pipeline, opportunity, etc. 
  • Tools: Your experience in Salesforce and Marketo sets you apart. Your Excel skills are outstanding and ideally advanced Analytics tools like Tableau and Power BI are part of your toolbox. As a plus, you have also worked with Google Analytics and Google Data Studio.
