Principal Operational Excellence (m/f/d)

Your Role:

· Be a Serrala change agent and implement business excellence across the Serrala organisation.

· Align the company’s financial and operative angles driving efficiency and success.

· Work with Leadership and external partners to process internal ideas, infrastructure, and programs.

· Offer timely and accurate reports about proceedings in the company.

· Motivate and encourage the implementation, resource allocation, and processes in the company.

· Engage in financial review and planning to meet company benchmarks.

· Analyze and monitor which departments can be improved and enhanced for impact.

· Participate in keeping employees engaged and invested in the company processes and policies.

· Support creating the culture that will allow us to produce valuable products and services for your customers and achieve long-term sustainable growth.

· Apply the right tools to the right processes. · Ensure that our processes and workflows are continuous because interruptions create waste and inefficiencies.

Your Profile:

· Convincing functional background: You are bringing 10+ years of experience in Operations Management positions in businesses being larger than Serrala.

· Impact & customer mindset: You have a genius interest in understanding customer needs, communication and interaction with Serrala.

· Strategic thinker: You are able to combine strategic thinking with strong execution qualities.

· Process excellence: Strong understanding of design processes and outcomes, of depth knowledge of requirement management at glance, agile processes, and practices.

· Output orientation: You are an entrepreneurial mind and used to delivering superior results in demanding / fast-pace environments.

· Hands-on mentality: You are close to the details, are able to lead by example and hold yourself accountable for performance by taking absolute ownership for the product function.

· What else? Readiness to work in an international environment with different cultures and multiple time zones; international travel is required; business fluency in English and German
