As Product Owner you are part of an enthusiastic team of professionals who closely work together and report to the VP Product Payments, Cash & Treasury. We believe that together you can accomplish more than on your own and development is part of your career.

Your tasks:

• You possesse and build on expert level knowledge in the Payments business domain and gather & analyse data to define product specifications.
• You ensure the Payments solutions are aligned to the company's overall business goals, vision and strategy.
• You own the product roadmap, communicate to stakeholders and drive delivery.
• As a SCRUM Product Owner, you drive the backlog based on a logical progression of delivery.
• You are accountable for hitting release timelines.
• You add input into the roadmap to ensure the right elements are in place to be able to delivery key epics.
• You anticipate future needs of our customers and use this knowledge to shape our customer proposition 3-5 years ahead.
• You communicate using appropriate methods, at the appropriate level of detail and formality while being aware of cultural differences across countries.

Your profile:

• You have a bachelor's degree in finance or computer science or equivalent
• PSPO, CSP-PO or other equivalent certification is a plus.
• You bring knowledge and application of basic product and project management concepts, practices and procedures.
• You have the ability to interpret and document user requirements and translate them into technical specifications with a focus on customer needs.
• You have High numerical reasoning and logical thinking skills with good problem solving skills in addition you like innovation and working creatively.
• You have knowledge of one or more relevant programming languages, frameworks and databases.
• Willingness to adapt to significant changes in technology or environment as well as resilience in high pressure situations and the ability to multi-task, prioritize and make decisions.
• Prior experience and solid knowledge of SAP and B2B payments.
• You have good communication skills and are fluent in German and Englisch
• Treasury and cash management experience is a plus.
