Senior Talent Acquisition Expert (m/f/d) 



Your tasks:

  • Career and Pipeline Builder: You will identify suitable candidate profiles for our vacancies in the EMEA region on social media platforms, target potential candidates through active sourcing and help build talent pools in a highly competitive market
  • A Candidate's dream: You are convinced that an excellent candidate experience is key and deliver this every day to our potential new Serralians
  • Process Owner: You own the pipelines, develop individual recruiting strategies, conduct interviews and direct the whole selection process up until you found the right talent
  • True strategic business partner: Hiring Managers rely on your counsel on culture fit, the right interview questions, decision making between candidates and pragmatic solutions to urgent business needs
  • Key Collaborator: You work together with Business Partners, sourcing support, external providers and HR services to align and streamline the talent experience beyond candidacy
  • Team Builder: You support the Director Talent Acquisition in hiring, mentoring and educating the team to further develop our function, best-practices as well as skill & knowledge


Your profile:

  • Passion & People's person: You are passionate about Talent Acquisition, enjoy connecting with people and have a results-oriented approach
  • Technical Touchpoints: You have at least three years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruiting / Active sourcing throughout the EMEA region (both agency and in-house experience welcome) and an academic background (ideally in business) 
  • Experience: You know how to find and convince the best talent as well as you know how to face the difficulties of the market in the e.g. IT or technical sector
  • International flair: You are interested in and appreciate different cultures across the globe and are able to communicate on eye-level with all our candidates in fluent business English (German would be a plus)
  • Team development: You assume responsibility to mentor and educate your colleagues in technical topics as well as best practices in way of working in close collaboration with your line manager
