As an Application Analyst, based in our Sky Campus HQ in Hamburg you will play a crucial role pivotal in managing and addressing customer inquiries related to accounting within the SAP environment. This role requires a strong customer orientation, problem-solving skills, and teamwork. work closely with other departments to replicate and resolve issues and optimize internal processes.

Your Tasks

• Daily Business: You will manage and address accounting-specific customer inquiries within the SAP environment.
• Customer Orientation: Your ability to understand customer issues and ask precise questions to gather essential information will be paramount.
• Teamwork: Collaborate closely with other departments, replicating and resolving issues within our SAP environment using master data, and proposing suitable solutions.
• Analytical Skills: Assist in optimizing our internal processes and meticulously document solutions for known issues.
• Problem Solving: Your unique combination of creativity and results-oriented work style will shine as you propose innovative solutions.

Your Profile

• BackgroundPossess a degree in finance, economics, accounting, or a related qualification? Excellent!
• Skills: Bring to the table a minimum of two years of hands-on experience in accounting and sound knowledge of SAP FI? Perfect!
• Knowhow: Familiarity with SAP customizing is a significant advantage!
• Personality: As an independent thinker, you relish sharing your ideas with others and are a firm believer in continuous development. You've found your place here!
• Communication Skills: Display strong communication abilities and infectious enthusiasm that persuades others, in both German and English? Great!
