Technical Support Engineer (m/f/d) 


Your tasks: 

  • Customer Facing: Recreate customer issues in our own SAP environment using our Masterdata
  • Gather information: Ability to understand customer issues and ask detailed questions to receive missing information
  • Communication: Strong communicator in both German and English
  • Team Work: Work closely with other departments such as Quality Assurance and Development on B2B tickets
  • Documentation: Helping to maintain our internal knowledge base by writing short documents about solutions to known errors
  • Problem Solving: Job with little routine tasks but problem solving by puzzling and deep diving in system settings 

Your profile: 

  • Solid background: A background in Computer Science, Finance, Accountancy or Business Informatics
  • Professional experience: You have experience with Accounting or Controlling. Besides that you have user knowledge in SAP.
  • Communication: You are a strong communicator in both German and English.
  • Personality: As a self-starting professional, you love sharing your ideas with others and believe in continuous development.  
  • SAP: Knowledge of SAP Standard FI and SAP customizing would be a big plus!
