Territory Sales Executive DACH P2P (m/f/d) 


Your tasks:

  • Sales personality wanted: You build and nurture a pipeline sufficient to meet the defined new customer revenue quota for the Territory and Solution(s) that you are responsible for
  • Customer focused: You team effectively with the available partners to drive the business and ensure a high degree of customer satisfaction. You listen to, understand and develop customer requirements
  • Strategic thinking: You engage with prospects and organizations to position Serrala and its´ solutions through value-based selling, business case definition, ROI analysis, references and analyst data.
  • Transfer Know-How: You generate, qualify and develop business opportunities from your own prospecting activities (Social, Tele, F2F, Partnerships), as well as qualify and develop business opportunities from marketing qualified leads
  • Hands-On-Mentality: Coordinate customer demonstrations and proposal development, build business cases (what problem do we solve, differentiation, financial models), processing of tenders/RFP`S


Your profile:

  • Proven background: You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in business & management or similar and approximately 3-5 years of relevant sales experience with an Enterprise Software company in an individual quota carrying role. If you have experience selling one or more of the following solutions-categories: O2C, P2P, Payment or Fintech it would be a plus.
  • Hunter mentality: You know how to identify, negotiate and close deals of enterprise software solutions and/or services
  • Extraordinary drive: You are looking to take your enterprise sales skills to the next level - with a dedicated training- and mentoring program, and an organization where (international) collaboration is a core strength, this is a great opportunity for your next step as a successful sales professional
  • Excellent communicator: You have excellent communication skills in German and English, strategic selling and presentation skills that help you to capture new markets and new customers
  • Travel: You will be expected to travel approximately 40% of your working time.
