Global Head of HR (m/f/d) 


Your Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement and execute the company’s people strategy as an integral part of the overall business strategy (ensuring alignment with the company’s strategy and long-term objectives, mission and values)
  • Learn about business needs and partner with the rest of the executive team (Board) to implement and execute a viable people strategy in alignment with our growth plans across the globe
  • Establish a talent process that allows us to identify, recruit and retain the best possible talent
  • Spearhead a data-driven approach (with the Data Intelligence team) along the entire candidate and employee life cycle
  • Lead the HR team as a trusted leader and develop one global HR team 
  • Define and establish a Learning & Development function to ensure today`s and future growth demands are met
  • Establish and administer a structured compensation and benefits system
  • Be a change agent and establish a winning company culture with the HR Business Parter teams 
  • Continue our path of diversity, equity and inclusion
  • Manage and ensure the efficiency of our HR Systems (while maximising the usage of SAP SuccessFactors) 

Your Profile

  • 10+ years of HR, Talent and People Operations experience
  • Proven success in building and leading HR teams in a fast paced & multi cultural environment is essential
  • Being a natural and enganging leader with a strong sense for people
  • Strong communication, cross-functional working skills and strong knowledge of organizational development & change management
  • Structured approach, quality-driven and data-driven
  • Customer oriented mindset with high reliability and sense of responsibility
  • Strong commercial awareness and ability to link HR strategies to business perfomance 
  • Fluent English skills, German skills would be a big plus
  • University degree
