As Working Student Human Resources (m.w/d), you will be part of an international HR Team. Human Resources is an important department within Serrala, managing operational excellence and multiple projects. We are a growing company, with changing processes and for that reason it is important to work closely aligned. Our HR Team is focused on Team Work and clear communication. And of course, we have a lot of fun as well!

Your tasks:

• General Support: You will support the HR Team with operational administrative tasks.
• Generating Overviews: As a Working Student Human Resources, you enjoy gathering information and data so you can create an overview and present the information requested.
• Projects: Within HR we have a lot of projects running, and you as a Working Student will be part of those projects, supporting on different levels.   
• Stakeholder management: Managing ad-hoc requests from stakeholders within Serrala.
• Works Council: In your role, you will be processing documentation for the Works Council. These legal documents require you to work very precise and have an eye for detail

Your profile:

• Human Resources: You have a background in Human Resources or related field of study and understand the framework where HR operates in.
• Passion & People's person: You are a real team player and enjoy working closely with your co-workers.
• Technical Touchpoints: You have an eye for detail and work meticulously.
• IT Savvy: You have a general knowledge of MS Office and are eager to further develop your skills.
• International Flair: You are interested in and appreciative of cultures across the globe and are able to communicate on eye-level with stakeholders in different countries.
• Strong Communicator: You are a strong communicator in both German and English. Since you are working with stakeholders in different countries, communication also means, asking questions and pro-actively reach out to others.
