Implementation Manager (all genders)

Your tasks:

• Delivery Client Projects: You will be responsible for the successful delivery of client projects according to the Statement of Work (SOW) and prepare all that is necessary for the onboarding of our clients and their associated banks.
• Client-facing: You will translate the client's expectations as well as requirements into a working solution that matches their payment needs. You will ensure alignment between multiple stakeholders while always keeping the planning up to date and clear.
• Market knowledge: You will provide latest techniques and findings to Serrala to remain competitive in the market.
• Knowledge sharing: You will guide other team members on best practices and Payment knowledge, working with other Implementation Managers as sparring-partners.

Your profile:

• Solid background: You have a bachelor’s degree or training in Computer Science, Business Administration of Finance? Excellent!
• Professional experience: You have at least four years of practical experience in end-to-end implementation processes in the payment area (from Discovery, Business Analysis, Business Blueprint, Realization, UAT to Go Live)? Perfect!
• Payment Knowhow: You bring an advanced understanding and solid experience in international bank connectivity dynamics, corporate financial value chain as well as Payment channels and/or formats such as SWIFT, H2H and EBICS? Match!
• Communication: You have good communication and enthusiasm skills and are convincing of your ideas in English? Great! German is an advantage.
