Meet the Team:You will be an integral part of our strategy team and work within cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategic growth initiatives. 

Your day to day:

•  Project Management: You will help develop project plans, set objectives and track progress across for key projects
• GTM & Product Strategies: You will collaborate closely with our strategy managers to evolve our positioning, value proposition and go-to-market approach for new products and services.
• Data Analysis: You will provide both rolling and on-request analysis to the strategy and product team, playing a vital part in facilitating their decision-making.
• Market research: You will drive initiatives to increase our understanding of key markets and competitors and support ad-hoc research tasks.

What makes you excel in this position:

• Convincing Background: You are inscribed at a German university, ideally with a technical, analytical or business-focused major. Working alongside a young, international and ambitious team sounds just like you? Then we should talk!
• Experience: You already have relevant experience through an internship or student job? Awesome! If you do not but absolutely no one beats your drive and analytical capabilities, we can teach you the rest. As long as you are able to master an Excel table, we are in business.
• Affinity: Attention to detail is your second name and (lots of) hours of research are your jam. You are an independent and reliable team worker.
• Communication: You are fluent in English (and preferably German) and feel confident working with international teams.
