About the role
Partner with the Sales and Product teams in selling proven P2P & Data and Document Management/Archiving software solutions, with a focus on North America. Manage the sales cycle from a Pre-Sales perspective, from qualification of an opportunity until contracting.

Core duties and responsibilities include (but are not limited to) the following:

Endpoint Management: Manage endpoint devices using Mobile Device Management (MDM) tools such as Microsoft Intune and Jamf Pro, ensuring that endpoints, AV equipment and cloud-based systems support optimal productivity for end-users.

Directory and Cloud Services Administration: Support and troubleshoot within Microsoft Intune, Entra ID and SharePoint environments.

Network and VPN Support: Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to network interruptions, VPN connections, and other connectivity concerns.

Ticketing and Documentation: Track and manage support tickets using Jira Service Management and create clear, accessible technical documentation and specifications in Confluence.

What makes you excel in this position:
The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field. Equivalent experiences will also be considered.
- Experience in IT support or service delivery roles, with expertise across multi-platform environments, ideally including both PC and Mac systems.
- Proficiency in networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, VPNs, and routing.
- Hands-on experience with Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence), ideally including Jira Service Management.
- Strong understanding of M365 administration, Entra ID, and Intune.
- Knowledge of IT security systems and protocols, particularly Microsoft Defender and monitoring tools.
- Basic knowledge of Endpoint Application Support (incl. M365) and Autopilot.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English. German language skills are an advantage.
- Strong collaborator who contributes actively to a supportive, solution-oriented team environment.
- Customer service & problem solving skills.
Salary Range
United States: 40,000-50,000
The above annual base salary range represents a general guideline for the low and high end of the pay range for this position. However, the actual salary offered will be determined on various factors including but not limited to location, job-related skills, experience, relevant education, training as well as market and business considerations.
