Meet the Team: 

Serrala's UX team is expanding to meet the growing demands of our users, especially with the inclusion of FS2 products via Fiori and SAP UX. To ensure we continue to deliver exceptional user experiences, we're bolstering our resources and introducing a new lead position. This individual will spearhead Serrala's UX vision, guiding the team towards best practices and innovation. With their expertise, we aim to elevate our products and exceed user expectations.

Your Day to Day: 

• Lead and manage the entire user experience design process within the organization, ensuring that the results align with the company's vision and are consistent across the product portfolio.
• Manage and mentor a team of UX designers by assigning tasks, providing guidance, and fostering collaboration.
• While this is a leadership position, hands-on participation is expected.
• Make strategic design and user experience decisions for core and new features and functionality, and champion and protect the design language and its implementation across all products.

What makes you excel in this position: 

• Five or more years of UX design experience with proven experience designing simple solutions for complex, regulated digital environments.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design (UCD), planning and conducting user research, user testing, A/B testing, rapid prototyping, heuristic analysis, usability and accessibility issues.
• Knowledge of design tools such as Figma, Adobe Suit, InVision, Hotjar.
• Basic knowledge of HTML5, CSS3 and JavaScript is a plus.
• Experience with SAP UX (Fiori) is a strong advantage.
• Attention to details and time management skills across multiple projects.
• Ability to communicate design processes, ideas, and solutions clearly and effectively to teams, stakeholders, and clients.
• Be passionate about all things UX and other areas of design and innovation. Research and demonstrate knowledge of the latest industry trends and technologies.
• Periodic travel to India may be required.
