Job Description - Tasks and accountabilities        

• Master Data Management
• Create, maintain, and update vendor master data in company systems· Ensure data quality, accuracy, and consistency across systems
• Maintain governance and approval workflows for master data creation and changes
• Support data validation and cleansing activities during SAP S/4HANA implementation
• Monitor and resolve master data issues
• SAP S/4HANA Support
• Maintain master data within SAP S/4HANA
• Support data migration and validation activities
• Assist in defining best practices for master data governance
• Support testing and validation during SAP implementation phases
• Procurement Operations Support
• Support vendor onboarding processes
• Assist with documentation and compliance checks for vendors
• Maintain procurement-related records and documentation
• Coordinate with procurement and finance teams on vendor data requirements
• Process Improvement
• Help define and document master data management processes
• Suggest improvements to governance and workflows
• Contribute to building scalable processes aligned with system capabilities

Technical/ professional qualifications        

• 3-6 years of experience in one or more of the following areas:o Master data management
• Procurement operations
• SAP data administration
• Experience working with SAP environments (preferably SAP S/4HANA)
• Experience managing vendor master data or similar structured data sets
• Familiarity with data governance principles and approval workflows

Skills and Competencies

• Strong attention to data accuracy and detail
• Structured and process-oriented mindset
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams (procurement, finance, IT)
• Good understanding of ERP data structures
• Ability to identify and propose process improvements
• Strong organizational and documentation skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA master data management
• Familiarity with procurement or finance processes
• Experience supporting ERP implementations or migrations
• Exposure to data governance frameworks
