About the role:
Your Day to Day:

Process Administration: Assist in the administration and coordination of business processes, including data entry, documentation management, and process tracking.

Documentation Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date process documentation, including process maps, procedures, and standard operating instructions.

Process Monitoring: Monitor and track the execution of business processes, ensuring adherence to defined procedures, timelines, and quality standards.

Data Analysis: Collect and analyze data related to process performance, identifying trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.

Process Improvement Support: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support process improvement initiatives, including gathering requirements, participating in brainstorming sessions, and implementing changes.

Training and Support: Provide training and support to employees on process-related topics, ensuring their understanding of procedures and their ability to execute tasks effectively.

Issue Resolution: Identify and escalate process-related issues or bottlenecks to the appropriate stakeholders, assisting in finding timely resolutions and implementing corrective actions.

Communication: Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between different teams and departments involved in the execution of business processes.

Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure that processes align with regulatory requirements, company policies, and quality standards, contributing to compliance audits and inspections as needed.

Process Automation: Support the automation of repetitive or manual tasks within business processes, collaborating with IT or automation teams to identify opportunities and implement solutions.
What makes you excel in this position:

High school diploma or equivalent required. Associate's or bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is a plus.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues at all levels of the organization.

Good understanding of business process management concepts and methodologies.

Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.

Knowledge of process automation/Process mining tools and technologies is a plus.

Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably in a process-oriented environment.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify process gaps and propose solutions.

Minimum 3-5 years of working experience with process documentation tools such as MS Visio, Lucid chart, Smart Draw, etc.

You communicate fluent in english and german.

Proficient in using office productivity tools such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and collaborative platforms.
