Customer Sales Executive (all genders)

 

Location: Germany Remote
Contract: Fulltime
Language: German & English 

 

Your daily business: 

 

  • Sales personality wanted: You are responsible for your existing customers and drive cross-selling. You regularly meet your customers assigned to you, intensify the relationship and are the right contact person at all levels for all questions to create solutions to meet your customer revenue quota.
  • Customer focused: You team effectively with the available partners to drive the business and ensure a high degree of customer satisfaction• Strategic thinking: You engage with your clients to strengthen Serrala and its´ solutions through value-based selling, business case definition, ROI analysis, references and analyst data.
  • Transfer Know-How: You generate, qualify and develop business opportunities from your own activities (Social, Tele, F2F, Partnerships), as well as qualify and develop business opportunities from marketing qualified leads
  • Hands-On-Mentality: Coordinate customer demonstrations and proposal development, build business cases (what problem do we solve, differentiation, financial models), processing of tenders/RFP`S

 

What makes you excell in this position: 

 

  • Hunter mentality: proven background in Account Planning, Cross-Selling, Pipeline Development and Opportunity Closing (i.e. selling additional deals into your existing customer base)
  • Proven background: You have a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in business & management or similar and already experience with Direct or Tele-Sales of enterprise software solutions
  • Extraordinary drive: You are looking to take your enterprise sales skills to the next level - with a dedicated training- and mentoring program, and an organization where (international) collaboration is a core strength, this is a great opportunity for your next step as a successful sales professional
  • Excellent communicator: You have excellent communication skills also to C-Level decision makers, strategic selling and presentation skills that help you to capture new markets and new customers• Languages: German and English fluent
  • Travel: You will be expected to travel up to 40% of your working time.
