Meet the Team: The team is the passionate individuals who work tirelessly to foster a vibrant company culture and enhance employee engagement. Together, They collaborate closely to brainstorm creative ideas and execute impactful internal communication initiatives and events.

 

Your day to day:

 

  • Reporting: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) relevant to internal communications and employer branding efforts. Analyze feedback from employee surveys and other feedback mechanisms to evaluate the impact of communication strategies.
  • Event management support: Support the coordination of internal events, including planning logistics, managing invitations, and organizing event materials to help us organize successful company gatherings.
  •  Intranet content management: Assist in keeping the intranet content fresh, relevant, and engaging. Work on updating sections related to employer branding and internal news, ensuring all information is current and reflects our company values.
  • Content creation & copywriting: Produce and edit various forms of content, such as posts for our internal newsticker, newsletters, articles for the intranet, or social media posts aligning with our brand voice and communication goals.
  • Team organization/administration: Help maintain project management tools, such as Asana or Excel spreadsheets, to keep our projects on track. Inject creativity into our team meetings with engaging activities that boost team spirit.

 

What makes you excel in this position:

 

  •  Technical skills: Competent in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel, for creating presentations and managing data
  •  Strong writing skills: Exceptional ability in crafting written content for diverse platforms, including social media, internal communications, and emails. Experience in copywriting and editing is crucial.
  • Project management: Solid organizational skills, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously and efficiently, with a knack for detail and meeting deadlines.
  • English language: Demonstrates near-native or fluent English language proficiency, enabling seamless communication and the articulation of complex ideas with clarity and precision in both written and verbal interactions, facilitating effective collaboration with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Extroverted nature: Highly sociable, with strong interpersonal skills, not shy about engaging with colleagues across the organization to foster a collaborative environment.
