Meet the Team:

As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in driving agile methodologies and fostering a collaborative environment within our Scrum Team. You will be working in a team consisting of 6 other Scrum Masters, as well as with a cross-functional team of product owners, software developers, and testers who develop financial solutions.

Your Day to Day:

• Implementing and continually refining the agile framework within the Scrum Team, ensuring alignment with industry best practices.
• Advocating for agile values, principles, and practices to cultivate a culture of sustainability and innovation.
• Shielding the Scrum Team from disruptive influences and fostering an environment of trust and collaboration.
• Organizing and facilitating agile ceremonies, ensuring adherence to established agile guidelines.
• Serving as a servant leader, mentor, and mediator within the Scrum Team, resolving conflicts and providing guidance as needed.
• Assisting the Product Owner in effectively managing the Product Backlog to deliver maximum value to stakeholders.
• Supporting the Development Team in fostering self-organization and empowerment.
• Proactively identifying and eliminating impediments to the team's progress.
• Engaging in our agile community of practice to share insights, exchange knowledge, and foster continuous improvement.

What Makes You Excel in This Position:

• Demonstrated experience in a similar role, preferably around 3 years.
• Proficiency in facilitation, continuous improvement, empowerment, transparency, and servant leadership principles.
• Thorough understanding of various agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, XP, Scaled Agile, etc.
• Familiarity and hands-on experience with agile techniques such as automated testing, user stories, TDD, continuous integration, testing, pairing, and agile games.
• Recognized certification as a Scrum Master (e.g., Scrum Alliance CSM).
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency in JIRA and Confluence for efficient project management and collaboration.
• Fluency in spoken and written in both English and German.
• Ability to orchestrate across multiple agile teams, fostering cohesion and alignment towards common goals.
• Results-driven mentality with a proactive and hands-on approach.
• Experience working with distributed teams and facilitating virtual collaboration.
