Join our Platform & Architecture team and help us revolutionize the fintech industry with cutting-edge AI/ ML solutions. We are seeking a talented Senior AI/ ML Engineer (m/f/d) to lead the implementation of transformative use cases within our SaaS platform. Working closely with product teams, you will utilize Generative AI, Neural Networks, and SVM to drive innovation in data analytics. You will play a crucial role in shaping the entire solution lifecycle, from meticulous data preparation to seamless model deployment.

Your Day to Day: 

•    Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to identify and design AI/ ML solutions that enhance our finance products' capabilities.
•    Lead the end-to-end process of data preparation, model training, and deployment, leveraging advanced techniques such as Generative AI and Neural Networks.
•    Design and develop scalable AI models, employing a variety of machine learning techniques, including SVM, decision trees, and ensemble methods.
•    Provide expertise on best practices for artificial intelligence and machine learning to ensure optimal performance and seamless integration with existing systems.
•    Guide and mentor junior team members to foster a culture of continuous learning and knowledge-sharing.
•    Keep abreast of emerging AI/ ML trends and technologies, advising on their potential applications to drive innovation.
•    Collaborate closely with the VP for Platform & Architecture to align AI/ ML initiatives with overarching business goals.
  
What makes you excel in this position:

•    Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
•    Minimum of 5 years of experience in AI/ ML engineering, preferably with a strong background in financial technologies.
•    Proficient in programming languages, especially Python. Java and Typescript would be a plus.
•    Demonstrated experience with machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) and libraries (e.g., scikit-learn).
•    Familiarity with cloud platforms (especially Azure) and their AI/ ML services.
•    Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, software engineering principles, and data analytics methodologies.
•    Excellent problem-solving, communication, and team collaboration skills.
•    Passion for spearheading new projects, pioneering innovative concepts, and guiding and nurturing fellow developers through mentoring and coaching.
