About the role: 

Due to the growing significance of the partner ecosystem at Serrala and focus on the US as a region, we are now looking for a strategic Partner Manager to join our team in North America, reporting to our SVP Partner ecosystem. 

 

The Partner Manager, NA will be instrumental in taking the partner ecosystem to the next stage of its growth. This individual will have significant experience in winning and managing profitable partnerships, particularly with system integrators and business process outsourcers.  

 

The primary objective of the role is to create, develop, and manage strategic partnerships, to deliver significant new business revenue, and to support the expansion of Serrala’s business into our core markets.  

 

We work very closely with SAP and are on a journey to the next stage of our partnership led by our VP for our SAP alliance. You will work closely with our VP for SAP alliance to identify, nurture and close SAP influenced opportunities, accelerate the intimacy with SAP, and represent Serrala in the SAP ecosystem. 

 
Your Day to Day:

Core duties and responsibilities include (but are not limited to) the following.  

  • Win incremental revenue and new business via the existing relationships with focused partners that fit into our partner archetypes industry specialists, SAP, SAP SIS, or tech vendors. 
  • Define mutual success plans to support the growth of the partnerships including strategic vision, revenue targets, enablement plans, marketing plans, and product alignment. 
  • Collaborate with partners to create differentiated services and enable them to win new business for Serrala. 
  • Align the internal teams to deliver and execute against those growth plans. 
  • Work collaboratively with the Partner Solutions Architects, Customer Success, and Marketing teams to empower partners to invest in and establish Centers of Excellence (CoEs) on Serrala and grow the visibility of the platform. 
  • Leverage your experience to enhance and shape the program along with your colleagues and actively participate in its development to build a high-impact partner ecosystem in the US. 
  • Other duties as assigned. 

  
What makes you excel in this position: 

The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. 
  • A minimum of 15 years of proven experience within the software industry, in building large global partnerships with systems integration companies and key technology partners. 
  • A proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets, especially in the US market. 
  • Proven experience in creating and implementing commercial contracts with partners. 
  • Prior experience working in or with the SAP ecosystem. 
  • Well-versed with the different delivery models. 
  • Strong communicator, influencer, and educator of partners, both internally and externally, and across different functions within the organization. 
  • Excellent client-facing and interpersonal skills; credible dealing at all levels including the ‘C suite’. Executive presence is a must. 
  • Ability to take ownership and thrive in a rapidly evolving, high-growth environment. 
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities. 
  • Experience with environments where the sales process involves multiple tiers of complex organizations, and the sales cycles are long and consultative. 
  • Highly competent in delivering presentations and managing client workshops and proof of concepts. 
  • Driven to succeed and a natural self-starter. 
  • Ideally strong knowledge about the challenges of the office of the CFO and awareness of current trends but not essential.

Salary Range
United States: USD 130,000-150,000

Canada: CAD 169,000-195,000

 

The above annual base salary range represents a general guideline of the low and high end of the pay range of this position. However, the actual salary offered will be determined on various factors including but not limited to location, job-related skills, experience, relevant education, training as well as market and business considerations.
